1. The Taiwan gulper shark lives at depths around 250 m.
2. The Taiwan gulper shark has no anal, two dorsal with small spines and a caudal fin with a more vertical rear edge.
3. The maximum length of the shark is 154 cm.
4. The Taiwan gulper shark is only found around Taiwan.
5. The teeth of the shark are jagged and can easily penetrate the skin.
